This regular group session will suit people who want to work on their physicality. It is specially designed using the Move It or Lose It model to develop strength, balance, fitness and flexibility.
Exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of mobility, with chair-based and standing options available. Complementary herbal tea provided at the end, and a chance to ask questions about aches, pains and injuries.
