Exercise for Ease


This regular group session will suit people who want to get fit and have fun. It is specially designed using the Move It or Lose It model, endorsed by the NHS, to develop strength, balance, fitness and flexibility.

Exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of mobility, with chair-based and standing options available. Equipment is provided and you can talk to the instructor about aches, pains and injuries over a cup of tea at the end.
