Movement is therapy, and learning how to stretch and strengthen may be the key to feeling better in your body. Our weekly classes will guide you into the driving seat of your healthy body.

At the core of In Touch is the belief that everyone should have access to treatment that works. As a Community Interest Company, all of our profits go towards supporting the health and well-being of our community.

On site, events and pamper parties

Want to treat your colleagues or friends? We offer a bespoke on site service, from 10 minutes at the desk to full-length treatments on the couch. Everything you need to add health and healing to your repertoire.

Chapeltown Community Nursery is a thriving childcare centre that is owned and lead by the community. Our spacious treatment room is separate from the nursery space, but if you prefer a quieter treatment it is best to choose an evening session - 5.30pm and 6.30pm are the quietest times.
